Sarah O'Shura aka The Battle of Land and Sea @ The Mariposa Cafe in Echo Park. I miss this girl tons, and I miss her crazy laugh too! We met working at Rockaway Records in Silver Lake, just a pair of slacker record store clerks with stars in theirs eyes. Now she criss crosses the globe playing her music, and has made Portland her homebase. I keep hoping one day she'll come back to LA, but until then, at least I have her CD to keep me company.
